The Packers are in need of their next offensive coordinator,Ā one that's likely to be found in the very near future. It's clear the team is committed to LaFleur having a lot of involvement in the team's offense regardless of who the offensive coordinator is. The hire will likely happen within the next week or so. It's not a position that should be filled hastily considering the potential of the Packers high-powered offense.
