Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has easily established himself as one of the most promising, young players in the NFL. It seems head coach Bill O'Brien is rather optimistic about his potential moving forward.
Watson was able to follow up on his phenomenal rookie campaign with another stellar outing in the 2018 NFL season. O'Brien said during an appearance on The Adam Schefter Podcast that the sky's the limit for him.

O'Brien's optimism is certainly understandable. Very few players have shown the kind of promise Watson has over the last two seasons. He was in the midst of Pro Bowl campaign during his rookie year before suffering a devastating knee injury. Fortunately, he was able to bounce back last season after throwing for 4,165 yards and 26 touchdowns while completing 68.3 percent of his passes.
Perhaps even more impressive was that Watson did it while under extreme duress throughout the season. He was sacked a league-high 62 times and had been forced to deal with rib and lung injuries during the year as a result. One can only imagine how effective the 23-year-old could be if he was working from a clean pocket.
The Texans will do all they can to help shore up his protection if O'Brien hopes to help Watson unlock his limitless potential.
