As the Kansas City Chiefs continue to prepare for the upcoming season, they continue to do so without wide receiver Tyreek Hill. While the receiver doesn’t look to be facing any charges in the legal matters regarding his son, the Chiefs still don’t know what the NFL will do about the situation, and head coach Andy Reid is staying silent on the matter.

According to The Kansas City Star’s Blair Kerkhoff, Reid recently said that won’t be talking about Hill at the moment, noting that the last time he did so, he stuck his foot in his mouth.
This is in reference to Reid’s last comments on Hill and the case into his son being reopened, and it seems as if Reid isn’t looking to make the same mistake again.

The case itself has also been reportedly closed, although the Kansas District Attorney still does believe there was a crime committed, it seems that the police have been unable to find out exactly what happened.
As it stands, Hill still hasn’t taken part in any offseason work with the Chiefs, and the team hasn’t publicly spoken about his issue since the NFL Draft.
As of now, he isn’t suspended by the team nor is he on the Commissioner’s Exempt list, so it’ll be up to the NFL to decide whether or not they’d like to suspend him, or simply allow him to begin preparing for the upcoming season.
