The Kansas City Chiefs are officially heading into a new era without Tyreek Hill, who was recently traded to the Miami Dolphins. That being said, the offense will have a much different look in 2022.
But according to Andy Reid, it won't. Via Nate Taylor:
Andy Reid on how the Chiefs' offense might look without Tyreek Hill: "I don't think it'll be significantly different."

The Chiefs head coach believes Mecole Hardman brings a similar skillset to the table:
Andy Reid on Mecole Hardman: “We know what Mecole can do and we have a lot of confidence in what he can do. Mecole has the speed like a Tyreek had. A different player, but he gives you a nice skill set.”
Hardman should definitely have a more advanced role next season as one of Patrick Mahomes' primary weapons. The wideout finished with 59 receptions and 693 yards in 2021, but he had just two touchdowns. Hill meanwhile, grabbed 93 catches. Also, the Chiefs did manage to sign a couple more WRs in Marquez Valdes-Scantling and JuJu Smith-Schuster. Yes, Kansas City lost Tyreek, but the team definitely found some replacements.
Hill is truly in a league of his own. That being said, the Chiefs honestly shouldn't be too worried about his departure. The front office did a good job of bringing in more players to fill the void.
