The Kansas City Chiefs may be without one of their top pass rushers for next week's AFC Championship game against the Tennessee Titans. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the team managed to remain pretty healthy after their win against the Houston Texans but Chris Jones' calf would need to be monitored.

The fourth-year lineman sat out against the Texans with the same calf injury and in his place, 2018 third-round pick Derrick Nnandi would get the start. The young defensive tackle would tally two total tackles for the game.
Jones, a defensive end/tackle hybrid has been arguably the team's top defensive player over the past two years. The 6-foot-6, 310-pound lineman out of Mississippi State broke onto the scene in 2018 with a team-leading 15.5 sacks which ranked third in the NFL.

In Kansas City's Divisional Round win against the Texans, the Chiefs' defense faltered early. After going down 24-0 in the first quarter, the Chiefs went on to score 41 points and would end up winning the game 51-31 to improve to 13-4 on the season and reach the AFC Championship for the second straight year.
The Chiefs' defense as a whole has been massively improved since last season. After struggling in 2018, Kansas City ranked seventh in the NFL in points allowed per game surrendering just 19.3 a contest.
