The Kansas City Chiefs destroyed the Pittsburgh Steelers in their AFC Wild Card matchup Sunday night, 42-21. After a scoreless first quarter, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the offense started clicking. Pro Bowl tight end Travis Kelce finished with a big night, with his performance moving him into the history books.

Kelce became the first player in NFL history to throw a touchdown pass, catch a touchdown pass and have over 100 receiving yards in a single playoff game.
The game was surprisingly scoreless in the 2nd quarter until Chiefs running back Darrel Williams fumbled. Pittsburgh's T.J. Watt scooped it up and ran it back for the opening score. From that point on, it was all Chiefs.
In the closing seconds of the first half, Patrick Mahomes connected with Kelce for a 48-yard touchdown pass. That helped build Kansas City's lead to 21-7 going to the locker rooms. Early in the 4th quarter with Kansas City leading 35-14, Kelce found Byron Pringle in the end zone for the touchdown.
According to ESPN Stats & Info, Mahomes made history himself Sunday night. He threw five touchdown passes in under a span of 11 game minutes, by far the fastest in NFL playoff history. The 2nd fastest was Tom Brady for the New England Patriots in 2011.
