Free agent wide receiver Des Bryant has made it clear he is intent on making a comeback to the NFL. It seems he has already enlisted the help of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Bryant was recently spotted putting in work with Mahomes on the practice field, via ESPN NFL:

Bryant hinted toward a possible return during the 2019 NFL season, however, nothing ever came to fruition. Despite his recent hiatus from the league, he is adamant that playing in the XFL is not in his future.
Dez Bryant's last comeback attempt came with the New Orleans Saints in November of 2018. Unfortunately, his stint was over before it ever started after rupturing his Achilles in his first day of practice. This has led to plenty of speculation regarding whether or not there is still some interest around the league for his services.
Although Bryant would love nothing more than to link back up with the Dallas Cowboys, perhaps he could have Mahomes ask the Chiefs for a tryout on his behalf.
