The Baltimore Ravens have been phenomenal on offense in large part because of the play of Mark Andrews. Fortunately for the Ravens, Andrews is expected to play in Week 3 versus the Kansas City Chiefs per Ian Rapoport.

Andrews suffered the injury in Week 1 against the Miami Dolphins but he hasn't been slowed down by it yet. Baltimore withheld their pass-catching tight end from practice this week but that won't keep him from suiting up in Week 3.

The Ravens are the road team this week in a highly anticipated matchup between them and the Chiefs. Therefore, they are going to need everyone they can to combat the high-scoring attack of Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City's offense.

Lamar Jackson has made vast improvements as a passer this season and his favorite target has been Andrews. The second-year tight end has caught 16 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns.

Andrews has helped revitalize a Ravens offense that was expected to be one-dimensional with Jackson under center. On the contrary, Baltimore has the fourth-ranked passing offense and the best rushing offense in the NFL.

Against the Chiefs on Sunday, the forecast is calling for heavy rain throughout the day. Therefore, the Ravens may be inclined to hand the ball of to Mark Ingram and Gus Edwards more often than not.

At the same time, expect Jackson to continue looking in Andrews' direction when he drops backs in the pocket. The foot injury didn't prevent Andrews from producing eight receptions for 112 yards and a score in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals. It's doubtful that the injury causes him to struggle in Week 3.
