The Minnesota Vikings lost on Monday night football against the Seattle Seahawks, but Adam Thielen reached another impressive milestone. Thielen caught his 100th pass of the season, which makes him only the third undrafted player ever to reach that number.

Wes Welker, who did it five times, and Rod Smith, who did it twice, were the other receivers to do it.

On the season, Thielen has 103 receptions for 1,236 yards and nine touchdowns. Thielen has always been a team-first guy though and he really didn't want to talk about his own personal milestones after the game on Monday.

There has been a lot of heat on the Vikings' offense because of their inability to score points. A lot of the heat from the fans has gone towards offensive coordinator John DeFilippo, but Thielen doesn't think that is fair and the heat should be on the players.

“You hear the offensive coordinator (John DeFilippo) is getting a lot of ridicule, but it’s about the players,” wide receiver Adam Thielen said via The Pioneer Press. “The players have got to make the plays. It doesn’t matter what play is called, you have to run that play and you have to be successful on it. It just comes down to execution, all 11 players doing the right thing.’’

The Vikings are still in the second Wild Card spot with a record of 6-6-1, but to make the playoffs, it will probably mean they need to win out. For that to happen, the Vikings are going to need to figure out their issues, and figure them out quick.
