The New Orleans Saints are apparently still looking for help on the offensive line. According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, former New England Patriots tackle Ulrick John will work out for the Saints on May 10th.

John was a seventh-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Article Continues BelowAfter spending his rookie season on injured reserve with a right leg injury, he was released the following fall and immediately signed to Indianapolis' practice squad. The Miami Dolphins poached him from the Colts on October 31st, 2015, with whom he appeared in two games before being re-assigned to the practice squad and signed by the Arizona Cardinals midway through the 2016 season. John started three games at right tackle for the Cardinals in 2016, but his season was cut short in December by a shoulder injury. After beginning the 2017 season on Arizona's practice squad, he was signed by the Green Bay Packers, playing in five games for the green and gold.
New England signed John last April, but he was placed on injured reserve on September 1st and never re-activated to the 53-man roster. Still, he became the only Georgia State alum in NFL history to get a ring when the Patriots beat the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in Super Bowl LIII.
The Saints signed former Minnesota Vikings interior lineman Nick Easton in March, but otherwise haven't addressed their front five offensively. John, 6-foot-5, 312 pounds, probably isn't a starting-caliber player based on his career to date, but could certainly provide New Orleans with some valuable depth at tackle if signed.
