The Philadelphia Eagles were ultimately unable to repeat as Super Bowl champions in 2018-19, though the NFC East franchise did surprise some people upon encountering what eventually became a tumultuous campaign. As a result, it appears as though the Eagles are doing a bit of coaching restructuring — especially on defense — en route to reportedly hiring Matt Burke as defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's top aide.
