It is no secret that the Philadelphia Eagles have a surplus of quarterbacks to choose from. It appears even head coach Doug Pederson is still more than capable of throwing a deep ball.
The Eagles have quite the showdown this week versus the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. However, that did not stop Pederson from throwing the football around with some of his players in practice Friday, via Mike Kaye of nj.com:

Pederson's cannon should come as no surprise. Prior to becoming a coach, he spent his playing career largely as a backup in the NFL. He completed 286 passes for 2,762 yards, 12 touchdowns, and 19 interceptions during his time in the league. Despite his modest career, he is still over-qualified for warm-up throws in practice.
Fortunately, the Eagles are confident that Foles will be good to go this Sunday after dealing with a rib injury last week. He has been red-hot since taking over for quarterback Carson Wentz in Week 15. He leads the NFL in both completion percentage (77.0) and passing yards (962) during that span. The offense will need him to be on his A-game if they are going to put up any points on this formidable Bears defense.
It is encouraging to see that Philadelphia seems to be relaxed going into their Wild Card matchup with Chicago. The Eagles find themselves in familiar territory following a tumultuous end to the 2018 campaign. Fortunately, they were able to do just enough to squeak into the postseason and defend their championship crown. One could argue that their experience from last season gives them a tremendous advantage over the upstart Bears.
