As Pittsburgh fans know well, the man they called “The Bus” went 12 years without winning a title before Roethlisberger helped lead the Steelers to the promised land in his second year in the league.

Roethlisberger and Bettis were key contributors to that 2005 Super Bowl-winning Steelers team, as Big Ben threw for over 2,000 yards with 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions, while Bettis rushed for nine touchdowns as Pittsburgh's primary goal-line back.
