The Pittsburgh Steelers opened the season in a poor way. After winning in Week 1, the Steelers lost versus the Los Angeles Raiders and the Cincinnati Bengals. Thus, after such a poor start, there were rumors about a possible change in the lineup. Steelers' legend and two-time Super Bowl winner Ben Roethlisberger was to be benched.
However, as CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports, that will not happen, at least not yet. According to the report, all of the issues stem from Roethlisberger not fitting into the offensive system. The Steelers do not look good and while he gave a ton to the franchise in the past, some in the organization want him benched.
According to the same report, one source stated:

The report also states that while there are mumblings, no one has actually directed Tomlin to bench him. Clearly, they want to leave that decision to the coach and he is hesitant to make a move as of right now.
The Steelers will be facing the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Ben Roethlisberger will start and it will be interesting to see whether the Steelers can bounce back and take the win.
