JuJu has been the team's leading receiver this season in terms of yards which may come as a huge surprise to many considering Antonio Brown is normally the leading receiver in all areas, but JuJu is showing out this season. The second-year receiver is becoming a reliable option each week and it's increasingly becoming obvious how much Ben Roethlisberger trusts his young receiver in crucial moments.
Article Continues BelowSmith-Schuster has definitely made his fair share of highlights this season and during his rookie campaign as well, but it's really the type of player JuJu is that welcomes so much attention. His smile and commitment to his team and fans is special, everyone loves second-year receiver.
JuJu had an equally impressive touchdown last season against the Detroit Lions, so is it really surprising he did it again this season? Yes actually, considering his age and the fact that the Steelers still have arguably the best receiver in the league on JuJu's opposite side. Smith-Schuster is making big-time noise in the league at a young age considering he just turned 22 years old this past Thanksgiving.
The Steelers have a lot to look forward to with young players like JuJu and workhouse back James Conner, and the big plays should be a regular thing for the future with this team.
