The St. Louis Blues are looking to turn things around with their backs against the wall in their second-round NHL Playoffs matchup vs. the Colorado Avalanche. Ahead of a potential elimination game in Game 5, coach Craig Berube is shifting up some of the lines in order to try to find an offensive spark. For the must-win game, Berube will be deploying Brandon Saad, David Perron, and Ryan O'Reilly on his top line, while also making some changes defensively as well.

The Blues' second line is set to consist of Vladimir Tarasenko, Pavel Buchnevich, and Ryan Thomas, putting the trio back together for Wednesday's clash. The third line features Ivan Barvashev, Brayden Schenn, and Jordan Kyrou, while the fourth and bottom line consists of Alexei Toropchenko, Tyler Bozak, and Nathan Walker.

Walker is returning to the lineup for the first time since Game 2 of the Blues' first-round series against the Minnesota Wild, though it's not anticipated he'll see a lot of minutes on the ice.

Defensively, Nick Leddy and Colton Parayko will be on the first unit for St. Louis. Marco Scandella will be returning to the lineup for Game 5, too, having not featured since the first round when he re-aggravated an injury against the Wild. He'll be paired with Justin Faulk on the second unit.

The Blues are rolling with six defenders, and their final line will be made up of Niko Mikkola and Robert Bortuzzo, while Scott Perunovich and Calle Rosen will be out of the mix on Wednesday night.
