Jamal Murray was feeling it for the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night, as he lifted his team to a huge 114-106 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

Murray made a couple of key shots down the stretch for Denver, which he celebrated with a familiar shimmy. CJ McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers saw it and approved it.

McCollum took to Twitter to share how much he enjoyed Murray's antics late in the game:

The Nuggets led by as much as 20 points in the game before a furious run saw the Lakers cut the lead down to just three points in the final five minutes of play. Denver was on the verge of a catastrophic collapse, but thankfully for them, Murray stepped up when they needed him most and hit a dagger trey in the final minutes to vanquish LA's comeback hopes.

Murray finished with 28 points on 10-of-17 shooting, to go along with eight rebounds, 12 assists and two steals — closely missing a very impressive triple-double. The 23-year-old also hit four 3-pointers to cap off a terrific all-around performance.

Thanks to Murray's heroics, the Nuggets have cut the series deficit to 2-1. Game 4 is scheduled for Thursday, with Denver having a tremendous opportunity to tie the series.

A loss in Game 4, however, will put them down 3-1, which is not going to be an ideal situation against a powerhouse Lakers side. Then again, the Nuggets have come back from such a significant disadvantage twice already in this amazing playoffs run, so it would be foolish to count them out juts yet.
