Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic is one of the best passing big men in the league today. Ever since he came to the league in 2015, he has recorded a total of 1,179 assists, which is incredibly impressive for a center in his first four years.

Above all, Nikola Jokic is the only center to have recorded a 15-assist game in the past 20 years, and he has done it three times:

In the Nuggets' 106-103 win over the league-leading Toronto Raptors, the Serbian erupted for a superb triple-double performance. He finished the game with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 15 assists. Now the Nuggets have won six straight and have won seven of their last 10 games.

The win also propelled Denver to the top of the Western Conference. The Nuggets' 16-7 record is the best so far in the West, along with the Los Angeles Clippers.

In 23 games played so far this season, Nikola Jokic is averaging 7.5 assists, which is the seventh-best this season. It is also the best among the centers in the league. Anthony Davis is the closest to him with 4.8 assists per game.

It would be fitting if Nikola Jokic is finally a member of the All-Star team thanks to this terrific campaign as he leads the Nuggets to the top of the standings.
