Things are great for Golden State! However, it is looking quite bleak in Denver. Sure, the Broncos acquired Russell Wilson and the Rockies signed Kris Bryant, but the Nuggets are down 2-0 against a scorching hot Warriors team in the postseason. And it is safe to say that superstar and potential back-to-back NBA MVP winner Nikola Jokic's recent reaction to their Game 2 loss won't help instill confidence in Nuggets fans.

Nikola Jokic was frustrated for almost the entire game. A mixture of non-foul calls and poor Denver play built up his negative emotions. But it seems clear that his frustration is stemming from the fact that he has minimal help around him.

Jokic is the best player on this team by a landslide right now. His co-stars have been out with injury all season in Michael Porter Jr. and Jamaal Murray. So Jokic has placed the Nuggets on his back and carried them all year. He even somehow kept them out of the play-in tournament. But carrying a team during the regular season compared to the postseason is an entirely different animal.

And Nikola Jokic looks tired. He looks dejected. And he is certainly frustrated. Jokic was called for two technicals in the game en route to his ejection. He commented on his frustrations and ejection from the contest.

“It's pretty much everything. It is what it is you know, I'm not supposed to do that.”

Denver goes how Nikola Jokic goes, and he looked defeated following Game 2. It will be interesting to see if he can use his anger as motivation for a successful Game 3, or if his dejected attitude will carry over into the Nuggets' next game.
