The Phoenix Suns took a commanding 3-0 lead over the Denver Nuggets and look to close out the series on Sunday. Denver has given it their all, and even after Nikola Jokic recorded a 32-20-10 triple-double stat line, it still wan't enough to defeat the Suns. The Nuggets are going to have to do something spectacular if they hope to avoid the sweep.

There have been two key factors preventing the Nuggets from winning any games so far in this series. First, Denver's supporting cast around Jokic just haven't shown up at all. Michael Porter Jr. has been less than efficient and Aaron Gordon has disappeared all together. Monté Morris did score 21 points in Game 3, but it was the first time we've seen Morris produce in this series.

Second, Chris Paul and Devin Booker are doing whatever they want. The duo combined for 55 points, 12 assists, and 12 rebounds in the last game. They've been too much for the Nuggets to handle and Denver hasn't found an answer yet. On top of that, the Suns continue to shoot with incredible accuracy. They shot over 53% from the field as a team and took substantially less shot attempts than the Nuggets. Even so, the efficiency from Phoenix has made them impossible to stop.

Considering the Suns have proven to be nearly impossible to stop, the Denver Nuggets will have to rely more on their offense in Game 4. Nikola Jokic has been great, but he can't do everything himself. Phoenix has generated a solid game plan that has essentially forced his supporting cast to struggle, making it a five-on-one matchup. Things must change drastically for Denver soon, or else they'll be entering vacation early. With that said, here is the insane thing the Nuggets must do to avoid getting swept.

Jokic's teammates drastically improve

After recording a monster triple-double and still losing, there isn't much else Nikola Jokic can do to help his team. It's time for his teammates to step up and help out the 2021 MVP. One could argue the Nuggets might be putting up more of a fight if Jamal Murray never fell to injury, but that's speculation and not factual.

Michael Porter Jr. took a huge leap in production during the regular season, but seems to have faded away in the playoffs. He hasn't been consistent at all in this series, which has been an issue for Denver from the beginning. Additionally, Aaron Gordon has been nowhere to be found since the beginning of this series. He proved to be the difference maker against the Portland Trail Blazers, but the Suns have found a way to remove him from the game with their defensive scheme.

Monté Morris and Will Barton provided some decent production off of the bench, but we haven't seen them be the most consistent as of late. Game 4 is do-or-die time for the Denver Nuggets. Porter Jr., Gordon, Barton, and Morris all must elevate their games to a new level. It also wouldn't hurt if Austin Rivers could have one of his sporadic 20+ point games as well. If those five can all have a good game while Jokic maintains another triple-double, then there is no way the Nuggets will be swept. We'll see though, as the Suns have all of the confidence in the world and we haven't seen any reason to believe Denver can pull off a win in this series.
