Who is P.J. Washington's wife, Alisah Chanel?
P.J. Washington played his collegiate basketball at Kentucky, and Michael Jordan made him a lottery pick in 2019 when he was drafted 12th overall. In Charlotte, although his team didn't find a lot of success when it came to winning, Washington displayed that he had a versatile skillset and could score in a variety of ways.
Washington could play the power forward or center positions because he has the speed and shooting to stretch the floor but also has the size and strength to bang with bigs down low. Washington was traded from Charlotte to the Dallas Mavericks on Feb. 8, 2024, for a package that included Grant Williams and a first round pick.
Washington's wife is Alisah Chanel. Chanel is a social media influencer who has made a pretty big name for herself. She is big on Instagram, where she has amassed over half of a million followers. Alisah Chanel's relationship
Alisah Chanel is a Charlotte native, and her and Washington started dating in 2021 during the power forward's time with the Hornets. The two instantly bonded, and they got engaged one year later in August of 2022. Chanel was pregnant with Washington's kid at the time, and their son was born on Dec. 17, 2022.
The two officially tied the knot in October of 2023. In fact, Chanel's last Instagram post was of their wedding. She captioned her marriage announcement “The Washingtons”.

Before dating Chanel, P.J. had a very public relationship with another social media star, Brittany Renner. Renner has 4.7 million Instagram followers, and she also shares a kid with Washington. The two underwent a public breakup in 2021 that saw rumors claim that Washington paid Renner $200,000 in child support a month. Those rumors have been disproven by both Washington and Renner, but both have stayed in the public spotlight since.
Washington is now happy with Chanel, and his basketball career is thriving like never before. Washington has helped turn the Mavericks into one of the best defensive teams in the NBA.
