Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers took a short hiatus and was as guest-host for the popular TV show “Jeopardy!” While hosting, Rodgers seemed comfortable behind the podium and even provided some hilarious moments as well.

Rodgers spoke about the best part of being on the show during one of the 10 episodes he hosted, per The New York Post. The Packers quarterback was able to find a relation between himself and the contestants through his response.

“The best part of guest-hosting ‘Jeopardy!' is watching the incredibly smart contestants test themselves against the game and against each other,” Rodgers said during one of the episodes of the show. “It takes quick reflexes and the ability to make intelligent decisions on the fly to be a ‘Jeopardy!' champion…something I can definitely relate to.”

That quick reaction and ability to make intelligent decisions at the drop of a hat is exactly what it takes to play as a quarterback in the NFL. Something Rodgers is all too familiar with. It was a cool moment to see how Rodgers was able to find a relation between a physical sport and a game of wits together.

The producers of “Jeopardy!” have been having a plethora of different hosts since the tragic death of Alex Trebek. They're still searching for their long-term answer, but in the meantime, “Jeopardy!” has been giving a few prominent names a chance to host the show. According to The New York Post, “CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will be next up. MLB and NFL voice Joe Buck will join the mix at some point, The Post’s Andrew Marchand reported Saturday.”

Now, Aaron Rodgers can go back to focusing on football, as the first round of the NFL draft takes place on April 29th.
