The ongoing situation surrounding the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers has yet to receive any type of clarity. With camps rolling around across the NFL, wide receiver Davante Adams spoke about the quarterback situation in Green Bay – specifically Jordan Love, the main beneficiary in the absence of Rodgers.

Either way, it seems that the Packers star receiver will be ready to go regardless of who is tossing him the football. Adams has been impressed with Love early on, according to Paulina Dedaj of Fox News.

“I like what I see from him so far. He’s shown that he’s locked in and ready to assume whatever role that he has to and go out there and play, so I’m looking forward to seeing him.”

That is always good to hear, especially from one of the best receivers in the NFL. As for the situation regarding the Packers quarterback room, Adams was pretty coy. Since he missed camp, it was tough to compare the two and the hope is that the Packers can get Rodgers back at some point.

“I don’t have any experience with him. The more that we do work — obviously I didn’t do team reps, so I wouldn’t say that our chemistry is great, but it’s just because we haven’t had a whole lot of time together, but whatever happens will happen, and if he ends up kind of running the deal, then we’ll continue to build and start on that journey in training camp, but as of now, we haven’t had much time together, so I can’t say that it's where Aaron and I’s chemistry is. That took years and years and years to build to get to where we are right now.”

The chemistry between Adams and Rodgers is among the best of the league. The QB-WR duo was phenomenal this past season as the Packers fell just short of a trip to the Super Bowl, thanks to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

With each day that passes by, the situation in Green Bay will circulate until one of the sides budge.
