Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has shown some signs of a decline over the last couple of seasons.

He is still a terrific signal-caller, but the days of Rodgers consistently being able to dominate games and almost single-handedly lead his team to victory seem to be behind him.

However, that doesn't mean he won't have longevity.

As a matter of fact, Packers linebacker Za'Darius Smith, who works out with Rodgers, seems to think that the future Hall-of-Famer can play for another decade, according to TMZ Sports.

We hear this type of stuff a lot around the NFL, and typically, it never comes to fruition.

Rodgers is 36 years old, so it's hard to imagine him still being in the league 10 years from now. Of course, Rodgers can draw from Tom Brady, who fully intends to play in 2020 and will be 43 by the time the season starts.

Quarterbacks playing into their 40s is not something that is completely out of the ordinary, but up until age 46? Yeah; that is probably not going to happen.

Rodgers is coming off of a 2019-20 campaign in which he threw for 4,002 yards, 26 touchdowns and four interceptions while completing 62 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 95.4 en route to a Pro Bowl appearance.

In spite of his Pro Bowl selection, this past year was actually one of the worst statistical seasons of Rodgers' career. Still, his numbers were hardly bad.

The Packers made it all the way to the NFC Championship Game before being eliminated by the San Francisco 49ers last month.
