Major League Baseball has announced their postseason all MLB selections. San Diego Padres superstar shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. is one of the four on the All-MLB First Team infielders list. The other players selected were Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Austin Riley, and Marcus Semien.

Despite only being able to play in 130 games, Fernando Tatis still had an incredible season. He was able to blast 42 home runs and also stole 25 bases for the Padres. Tatis slashed .282/.364/.611. Tatis is still only 22 years old and has been able to already put up a 13.6 career WAR in less than 300 career games for the Padres.

Fernando Tatis is arguably the best player in baseball and the Padres are excited to have him for the next few years. San Diego has some moves to make this offseason as they saw last year they have some questions throughout their roster.

Having Fernando Tatis on their team will certainly help the Padres' future and if they can build around him correctly, they can walk away with a world series title.
