The Carolina Panthers turmoil continued on Monday with David Tepper firing Frank Reich before he could even complete one season as the head coach. Hours later, the Panthers have decided to part ways with quarterbacks coach Josh McCown and running backs coach Duce Staley, per Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The decision came from interim coach Chris Tabor and Jim Caldwell, per Rapoport.

The Panthers have won just one game this season and No. 1 overall draft pick Bryce Young has not played well, forcing Reich to be removed as head coach before the season came to an end. Thomas Brown took over play-calling duties, and then Reich took them back, and the offense just wasn't able to turn the corner. It's yet another questionable move by the Panthers ownership.
Now, more decisions have come on the coaching staff, making it a total of three coaches fired by the Panthers on the same day.
The Panthers are 1-10 heading into a Week 13 matchup on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and we will see if the decision to get rid of the coaches makes a difference this season or not. But, for the second time in as many years, the Panthers will be in the market for a head coach, and the rough times in Carolina aren't coming to an end.
