The Lonzo Ball-Zion Williamson connection is on full display on Sunday.

After already hooking up for a half-court lob in the first quarter, Ball fed Williamson with a nifty no-look lob as the New Orleans Pelicans got out on the break early in the second half against the Houston Rockets:

Ball excels at making plays in transition, and Zion is equally fantastic in his ability to run the floor.

Williamson continues to showcase why he was the No. 1 overall pick this past summer. He bullied Rockets forward P.J Tucker in the first half, scoring 15 points and pulling down seven rebounds as he leveraged his size and agility against the smaller Tucker.

Though Ball has struggled to score the ball efficiently, he has been bolstered by Zion's return. Ball was averaging 9.6 assists in his last five games entering Sunday's contest. That includes a 15-assist performance in a win over the Boston Celtics on Jan. 26.

The Pelicans will need their youngsters to continue playing with synergy if they hope to make a run at the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

New Orleans led the Rockets 93-92 after three quarters of play.
