New Orleans Pelicans rookie Zion Williamson can finally see his name in NBA 2K, but he is not exactly thrilled with his player in NBA 2K20, saying that he is a little slower than he would have liked:

If Williamson lives up to expectations, he will certainly be considerably better in 2K in the years to come.

The 19-year-old, who played his collegiate basketball at Duke, was selected by the Pelicans with the first overall pick of the NBA Draft back in June.

In one season at Duke, he averaged 22.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.8 blocks over 30.0 minutes per game while shooting 68.0 percent from the floor, 33.8 percent from 3-point range and 64.0 percent from the free-throw line.

Williamson is considered by many to be the best prospect since LeBron James entered the league back in 2003 and has drawn comparisons to Charles Barkley due to his freakish athleticism and strong ball-handling ability.

New Orleans ended up with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft in spite of winning 33 games this past season, which was far from the worst record in the NBA.

The fact that the Pelicans won the lottery and the Williamson sweepstakes certainly made trading Anthony Davis a much easier pill to swallow, as New Orleans ultimately dealt Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers in early June.

There are some who question just how good Zion Williamson will be in the NBA due to his shaky perimeter jumper and his weight, but there is no denying that he has a very high ceiling so long as he stays healthy.
