Midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum joined PSG this past summer on a free transfer after a decorated five seasons with Liverpool. However, he's struggled to break through Mauricio Pochettino's starting XI and as a result, the Ligue 1 giants are reportedly willing to loan him out in January, Per Sky Sports.

The Dutchman has played 20 times for PSG but made only 10 starts, with the likes of Idrissa Gueye, Marco Verratti, and Leandro Paredes being the preferred options for Pochettino in the middle of the park.

Arsenal is apparently a possible destination for Wijnaldum, who could undoubtedly use another strong midfielder. A move to a Premier League rival of Liverpool's wouldn't likely go over well with the Reds fans, though.

The 31-year-old did voice earlier this season that he wasn't particularly happy at the Parc des Princes due to the lack of minutes. After all, Wijnaldum has been a regular player at every club in his career thus far. This is surely a much different situation that is leaving him very unsettled.

Wijnaldum also played a key part in helping the Netherlands qualify for next year's World Cup in Qatar. He was actually on the verge of joining Barcelona after his contract expired at Anfield, but instead, he snubbed the Catalans and signed with PSG.

It will be interesting to see where the talented midfielder ends up.
