The Texas Rangers and Houston Astros are set to face off in one of the most exciting venues in all of sports: Game 7. The ALCS has been a back-and-forth battle, to say the least, and tonight's game will decide which team goes home, and which team heads to the World Series.

It's been an incredibly unique series so far. The home team is yet to win a game, so Houston will look to break that trend tonight while Texas will need a road win to keep it alive. Games 5 and 6 were dramatic, action-packed, and so much more. Game 5 saw Jose Altuve hit a go-ahead home run in the 9th inning. This long ball came just one inning after the benches cleared after Adolis Garcia was hit by a first-pitch fastball. The stakes were high, and Houston has thrived under pressure for the past several years.

Game 6 saw the Rangers bounce back explosively. Texas won 9-2 in a blowout which saw Adolis Garcia hit a grand slam in the 8th inning to get his revenge. Can the Rangers pull off one more upset, or will the Astros head back to the World Series yet again? Here's what MLB The Show thinks might happen.

The starters for Game 7 are Max Scherzer for Texas and Cristian Javier for Houston. Scherzer has only made one appearance this postseason and is 0-1 with a whopping 11.25 ERA. Meanwhile, Javier has been outstanding. He's 2-0 with a 1.69 ERA during these playoffs.

Final Score: Astros 4, Rangers 2

The Astros break the trend and finally win a home game this series. Cristian Javier had another fantastic outing, pitching seven innings, allowing just one run, and striking out five batters. The Astros offense was quiet early on, but big hits from Kyle Tucker and Alex Bregman were enough to propel them to victory.

The Rangers didn't play poorly, but there wasn't enough firepower on offense to get the job done. Corey Seager drove in both runs for Texas with a two-run double. Max Scherzer was better than his Game 3 start. He threw 5.1 innings and gave up three runs with three strikeouts. If this is the outcome, the Rangers' exceptional season will fall just short.

The winner of this game is set to face the Diamondbacks or Phillies in the World Series in just a few days. For now, Game 7 baseball will do just fine.

Game 7 of the ALCS starts at 8:03 PM ET.
