The Toronto Raptors are honoring one of their biggest supporters in a unique way. According to several reports, the team has renamed their practice facility to honor Drake's continued contributions. The complex, which was formerly known as the BioSteel Centre, will now be known as the OVO Athletics Training Centre, which is an homage to the artist's record label.
As some have noticed, OVO branding went up outside the Raptors practice facility this evening. Can confirm that the building formerly known as BioSteel Centre (which had been nameless this season) will become OVO Athletics Training Centre.

OVO and the Raptors go way back. In fact, Drake has been a fixture inside Scotiabank Arena for nearly ten years. The 35-time Grammy nominee is often seen cheering on his hometown team from his court-side seats.
According to these reports, the Raptors have reserved a stall in their locker room for Drake. The team has also given him a key to the facility.
Currently, Drake is in Europe as part of his “Assassination Vacation” tour, but there is no doubt he'll be attending a few Raptors games in the postseason.
The Raptors, who are holding the No. 2 spot in the East with a 48-20 overall record, suffered a rather embarrassing defeat to the Cavs on Tuesday night. Toronto's next shot at claiming a victory comes on Thursday, when they'll serve as hosts to the Los Angeles Lakers.
