The 1994-95 Houston Rockets are still the lowest-seeded team to win an NBA title.

On the 25th anniversary of their championship, the Rockets announced they are auctioning off a host of commemorative items:

Some of these items include an autographed photo of both Rockets legend and Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon and fellow Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal.

The auction will also feature autographed jerseys on behalf of former Rockets guards Clyde Drexler and Vernon Maxwell, who will also join Olajuwon and a host of others for programming on Houston's “flagship radio station.”

Additionally, fans can receive a personalized audio recording from the Rockets' PA announcer by making a $50 donation. All proceeds will support the Clutch City Foundation's relief efforts in combatting COVID-19.

The 1994-95 Rockets are one of the more unheralded champions in NBA history. Houston won the 1993-94 title over the New York Knicks, but won 11 fewer games the next season.

In fact, the Rockets were pushed to the limit in each of their first two series. They bested the Utah Jazz in five games in the first round before Mario Elie's “Kiss of Death” helped Houston defeat the Phoenix Suns in the conference semifinals.

The Rockets faced league MVP David Robinson and the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals, but it was Olajuwon who was the dominant big in the series. Hakeem averaged 35.3 points, 12.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 4.2 blocks and 1.3 steals in one of the greatest individual performances in NBA history.

Houston would go on to sweep a young Orlando Magic team in the NBA Finals, winning their second consecutive championship.
