It is official—Houston Rockets All-Star guard James Harden has finally arrived in Texas.

After making new Rockets head coach Stephen Silas' job that much more difficult to begin the upcoming 2020-21 campaign, Harden remained away from the team for the first few days of franchise-related activities before ultimately reporting to Houston earlier this week.

Since reporting, Harden has of course posted on Instagram while posting a cryptic, caption-less picture of himself sporting Adidas gear. You'll notice that neither the Rockets nor NBA logo is to be found on Harden's attire.

The Rockets have encountered quite the busy offseason despite the fact that December is barely one week old. With Harden still playing for the Rockets despite significant trade rumors surrounding the superstar guard over the course of the last few weeks, Houston did ultimately execute a massive trade with the Washington Wizards, one that centered around two veteran point guards.

With former Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook going from Houston to Washington, another point guard in John Wall was sent from the nation's capital to Texas in exchange. With Westbrook and Harden not particularly clicking in Houston after the two spent some time together in Oklahoma City, it is now Wall's turn with the longtime Wizards floor general on his way back to the hardwood after suffering from severe injury troubles over the course of the last few seasons.

The Rockets are once again slated to reach the postseason in the always competitive Western Conference, though it remains to be seen as to how exactly Houston fairs with its new-look roster.
