Nowadays, it is only a matter of time before jokes and memes about everyday situations start floating around social media. This is also true in the NBA.

After ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Houston Rockets sent Clint Capela to the front door of the L.A. Clippers locker room at Staples Center, while Chris Paul, Gerald Green, Trevor Ariza, James Harden, amongst others, sneaked through a secret tunnel that connected the visitors and home locker rooms, Twitter had a lot to say. The NBA is already investigating the issue.

Wojnarowski described the situation:

“Rockets guard Gerald Green joined Ariza, Paul and Harden through the connecting hallway and breached the entrance of the home team's locker room.

Stunned Clippers players, celebrating a 113-102 victory, leaped to their feet upon the realization that four seething Rockets players had come calling for them, sources told ESPN.”

Several Rockets players were disgusted because of Austin Rivers' trash talk on the sidelines. Rivers did not even play in the game, as he still makes his way back from a right Achilles injury. Blake Griffin was another Clippers player the Rockets wanted to confront. All this comes out as a surprise, as Griffin recently declared there was no bad blood between him and Paul, who left Los Angeles last summer. The crowd showed a mixed reaction to Paul's first game in LA since being traded away.
