Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons and world-renowned supermodel Kendall Jenner have officially broken up, according to reports.

According to Page Six's Ian Mohr, the reason for the couple's breakup is still unknown, although their sources have confirmed that the two have made it official last week.

“Simmons was spotted with friends at Kuro at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino celebrating a pal’s birthday. We hear that the group later turned up at Scores, and that there was buzz among Ben’s entourage that he and Jenner called it quits last week.

Another source familiar with the couple said they have broken up.”

Simmons and Jenner have started dating in March last year and for a brief period of time, things were going well between the two, but unlike any other couple, they've also had their issues. Rumors of their relationship starting to fall apart started last fall, when Kendall was spotted kissing model Anwar Hadid.

In addition to Page Six's report, a source told E! News that Simmons and Jenner's relationship was nothing but a ‘summer fling.'

“She always wanted to keep her options open. She likes Ben but she knew it was more of a summer fling. They both have busy careers and it is what it is. Kendall isn't looking for anything serious. She had fun with Ben, but wasn't ever fully committed or looking for a long-term, exclusive relationship.”

The couple reportedly lived together in LA and was last seen in Mexico along with Jenner's sister Khloe Kardashian and Cleveland Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson.
