Josh Richardson led a players-only meeting after the Philadelphia 76ers got blown out by his former team, the Miami Heat.

The Sixers lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in the game following the meeting, but nevertheless looked a little bit better out there on the court.

Friday was more like it, though, as the Sixers cruised past the Memphis Grizzlies at home by a final score of 119-107 in Richardson's return to the lineup. After the game, the combo guard talked about the aforementioned players-only meeting:

“We sat down, we talked some stuff out, and I think it was good for us to get those things out there,” Richardson said, via Sixers Wire.

“Everybody has a different role on the team and stepping up in the vocal leadership role might be my things. We’re all kind of figuring it out.”

Richardson scored four points in his return to the lineup in 15 minutes of action. The Sixers were led by Furkan Korkmaz, who poured in 34 points.

The Sixers are now 32-21 on the season. The win over Memphis snapped a four-game losing streak.
