Man United legends react to the team's horrible 2-0 defeat against Man City in Old Trafford, raising question marks about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's job and the commitment of the players.
Following the club's abysmal 5-0 defeat against Liverpool at home, Man United managed to garner an impressive week with a 3-0 victory against Tottenham, and thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo's last-minute heroics, a draw against Atalanta in the Champions League.
However, this 2-0 defeat against City was just horrible as the team only had one shot on target during the entire fixture. Club legends Roy Keane and Gary Neville echoed their disappointments on TV, stressing that the players lack the motivation to perform.

“If you've got bluffers on the bus with you and you're dependent on these guys, Ole you might be better off out of it,” Keane referring to players such as Fred, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, and Eric Bailly.
Meanwhile, Neville, who always defended Solskjaer in the past, was critical that the Norweigan is under hot water.
“Ole is under massive, massive pressure but the first thing that has to happen is that he needs a team with courage.”
“Up to the end of last season, the feeling here [at Old Trafford] was that there was progression because they finished second in the league. Everyone then thought that they got their recruitment right in the summer,” the Man United legend said.
“So the club has not planned for this. I know there are some United fans who think the club should have acted two weeks ago because Antonio Conte was available but this club was never going to appoint Conte and they are not prepared for this moment because they have the plan behind Ole.”
As of now, Man United is far from the team that received so much hype over the summer, placing at fifth in the league with only 17 points.
