A technically more advanced version of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is set to be released this Summer, 2021 for next-gen consoles. The new version, meant to push the limits of the PS5 and the Xbox Series X and S will be offered for free for players who already own the current version of the game. This comes as a part of EA's upcoming celebration of Star Wars day, May 4th.

For fans without copies of the current iteration, a 70% discount is offered for the Standard and Deluxe Editions. This offer will last only from April 28 to May 12 and is available on the PS Store, Xbox Marketplace, Origin, and Steam. The announcement itself was brief, promising more details on the specific improvements in a future update.

May the 4th Star Wars video game deals

The announcement was made on StarWars.com last April 29, promising deals on most platforms. Fans can expect deals on other popular titles like Star Wars Battlefront II and Star Wars: Squadrons. A bundle that includes all three will also be available with a 50% discount on the Xbox and Origin.

Other titles will also see special items, characters, and skins, all with Star Wars in mind. Minecraft will be one of these games with deals offering 33% off for themed skins. Similarly, The Sims 4: Journey to Batuu will also be offered at a discounted price with 40% off.
