The Pittsburgh Steelers took care of business in Week 8 with a 15-10 road win over the Cleveland Browns.

The Steelers had key contributions across the board over the contest. Rookie running back Najee Harris recorded 100-plus yards from scrimmage for the third straight game, while the Steelers defense held the Browns to a mere 3-10 on third downs.

After the game, Roethlisberger kept it simple with his major takeaway from the Steelers' overall performance.

“We have a lot of heart,” Roethlisberger said.

The Steelers have now come away with three straight wins following their 1-3 start to the campaign. The two-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback believes that there is still room for improvement for the Steelers, but he aspires to see this win become a notable season-changing one for the team.

“I’m not going to say we have the clear answer that we figured it out, but we came on the road and won a football game against a good team,” Roethlisberger said.

“I think hopefully that instills confidence in guys—young guys and older guys—letting us know that we can do this thing. It is not over, and there is still a lot of road ahead of us.”

In the big picture, Pittsburgh is now back in the race in the AFC North. The Steelers are one game back of the Baltimore Ravens in the standings and half a game back of the second place Cincinnati Bengals.

Nonetheless, Roethlisberger is solely focused on the Steelers and is not much keeping a watch on how the team's divisional rivals are performing at this point in the campaign.

“We can’t worry or control what is going on out there,” Roethlisberger said. “We dug ourselves enough of a hole that we have to find a way to get out of it. We can’t worry about anything but us and what we can control, and that is trying to win football games. We came on the road against a really good football team, and we won the game. One step at a time is what we have to do.”

Next up for the Steelers will be a home Monday Night Football encounter with the Chicago Bears.
