Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger just played one of his last home games at Heinz Field on Sunday in an important win over the Tennessee Titans. After scoring a touchdown late in the game, Big Ben went down to the tunnel and spent a minute just sitting there, which led to many assumptions. Was he soaking it all in? Was Roethlisberger worried about Pat Freirmuth's head injury?

Well, on Wednesday, the Steelers signal-caller still refused to say why he took a moment to himself but he did make it clear that he wasn't pleased with the assumptions. Via ESPN's Brook Pryor:

“That was misconstrued. It was not even close to what people think, and I don't need to get into what it was, but it was not a moment of thinking about anything. Someone got a shot of something that was nothing, but everyone thought it was.”

Can't really blame people for wondering. After all, the Steelers were in the middle of a game. Kind of an odd time to go to the tunnel. Nevertheless, it was a respectable performance from Big Ben, who moved up to fifth all-time in passing yards after he completed 16 of 25 passes for 148 yards on the day.

The Steelers were in desperate need of a victory and now sit at 7-6-1. The playoffs aren't out of the question, but any more losses will basically put them out of contention.
