The Pittsburgh Steelers have ridiculous talent at the running back position, and they feel that Le'Veon Bell and James Conner can work well together. Conner has been filling in for Bell quite well in his absence. He rushed for 110 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 41-17 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Conner also recorded four receptions for 75 yards. Totaling 185 total yards from scrimmage is a challenging feat. However, Bell will be returning soon. The Steelers will need to establish a dynamic between the two backs.

“We’ve been working really hard to adjust to Conner’s style of running — he’s very explosive, fast, hard-hitting,” Steelers left tackle Alejandro Villanueva told ESPN. “Le’Veon is not the same. He’s more of a patient runner. That combo can be very effective. The preparation process that involves everybody else but those two guys is probably more important than their actions on the field. If they are able to understand what we’re doing, and everyone’s on the same page, it’s not going to matter who’s on the field.”

Le'Veon Bell is one of the best all purpose backs the NFL has ever seen. He's a workhorse, so the Steelers expect it to be hard to keep him off the field when he returns. James Conner will watch his role diminish, but he's done great things for the offense as a starter. The key will be to find balance between their two styles.

The Steelers will gladly accept this surge of talent, because other NFL team's can only dream about this situation. Antonio Brown is finding his rhythm, and the team has a divisional game this Sunday. Things may finally be shaping up for the Steelers this season.
