The Pittsburgh Steelers just keep getting bad news, this time regarding star defender TJ Watt. After missing a ton of time in the preseason as he patiently awaited a new contract, he received a record extension and suited up for the Steelers.
But, on Sunday, Watt suffered a groin injury against the Las Vegas Raiders and is now questionable to return, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

This could be a big concern for the Steelers, especially after paying Watt massive money. The Steelers snuck by the Buffalo Bills in Week 1 and are having trouble finding a way to score against the Las Vegas Raiders. If Watt does have to miss time, that would be a massive blow to the Steelers as he is unquestionably the anchor of that defense and arguably the best defender in the NFL.
Every Steelers fan will be holding their collective breath until there is a more concrete update regarding TJ Watt, but for now it remains to be seen the severity. Watt has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the game vs the Raiders, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The hope is that he avoided a serious injury, so definitely going to be keeping an eye on this story.
