In Stray, you collect pin badges that you wear to make your harness look cooler. In this Stray guide, we show you where to find all badges.

Stray Guide – Where to Find All Badges

There is a total of six badges in the game, with different ways of obtaining them. Some of the badges, you'll find lying around the cityscape. Others, you get as a reward for completing some quests. once you get a badge, it's automatically placed on the cat's harness, which is a nice thing to look at, especially when the cat starts napping. Here's a quick guide on where to find all of the badges:

  • Music Badge – Obtained during Chapter 4 or Chapter 6. Collect all eight music sheets and give all of them to Morusque.
  • Outsider Badge – Obtained through normal progression during Chapter 6.
  • Plant Badge – Obtained during Chapter 9. Collect the red, yellow, and purple plants and give all of them to Malo.
  • Cat Badge – Obtained during Chapter 10. On Shop Street, find an open convenience store with a robot standing outside. Find a sign on the wall behind the shopkeep that says “2458 :edoC.” This is the reverse of the actual message, “Code: 8542.” Climb the shelves and find a safe in the corner, pressed against the ceiling. Enter the code 8542 to get the Cat Badge.
  • Police Badge – Obtained during Chapter 10. On the alleyway beside the Fashion Shop, jump up the table to the left, then up some air-conditioning units. At the top, walk along the ledges to a grilled window. The gaps are small enough for you to get through them, so you should be able to enter the window. Find a robot on the ground to find the Police Badge.
  • Neco Badge – Obtained during Chapter 10. Find the Lost Factory Worker Key and return it to its owner.

Completing all of the badges will make your cat look more badass, especially if you've also found all of the Memories, in which case you have visual proof that you've collected everything there is to collect in Stray. Completing all badges will unlock the “Badges” Achievement.
