During a conference call with reporters on Wednesday, Phoenix Suns head coach Monty Williams was asked to describe Devin Booker's mindset for the “bubble” games, which are set to start on July 30 at the Walt Disney campus.

Williams' comments about Booker will surely get Suns fans excited.

The Suns face an uphill climb to make the 2020 playoffs once the “bubble” games start in Orlando.

The team has to take out the Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings and San Antonio Spurs to clinch the eighth and final playoff spot out West.

Phoenix's first seeding game is against the Washington Wizards on July 31. The Suns will also face the Dallas Mavericks (twice), Los Angeles Clippers, Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers.

Booker is one of the best scorers in the NBA. He made his first All-Star team in 2019-20 and was averaging 26.1 points per game before the campaign was suspended in March.

However, he's going to have to channel his inner Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant if the Suns want to shock the world and make the 2020 playoffs. Phoenix will be without talented swingman Kelly Oubre Jr. in Orlando, as the lefty is recovering from knee surgery.

With that said, Devin Booker is not only going to have to be his usual electric self on offense in Orlando, but the star guard also has to kick it up a notch on the defensive side of the ball.
