Devin Booker is unarguably the best scorer in the Phoenix Suns roster, but even he is no match to Jae Crowder when it comes to long-distance bombs. Yes, you read that right.
In a friendly contest during the Suns' open practice ahead of the NBA Finals, Booker and Crowder had a 3-point competition from the logo. While one would expect it to be over quickly since Crowder was up against Booker, that was not the case.
As mentioned, the results were even surprising as Crowder ended up destroying his Suns teammate. Here's a video of their funny and rather competitive shootout:

For what it's worth, Jae Crowder has better shooting splits compared to Devin Booker when it comes to 3-pointers. The former made 2.5 triples per game on 38.9 percent shooting during the 2020-21 season, while the latter only registered 1.9 triples per game on 34.0 percent shooting.
Even in the postseason, Crowder has slightly better 3-point numbers for the Suns than Booker.
Then again, everyone could see the surprise and hype of their Suns teammates when Crowder won. It's either they didn't expect Jae to win at all or there is some sort of bet between the two or the team.
The NBA Finals is set on Tuesday, so it is certainly nice to see the Suns having fun and enjoying the moment. Aside from that, they got to be feeling more confident after seeing Crowder bank those insane logo shots!
