Already missing the services of their starting center, Dwight Howard, the Atlanta Hawks were also forced to sit out defensive specialist and small forward Thabo Sefolosha on Wednesday night,

The 6-foot-7 Swiss international watched his team's game against the Milwaukee Bucks in street clothes due to a mild knee sprain. The extent of the injury and how long he will be sidelined is still unclear but his absence is certainly a huge blow to the Hawks who have enjoyed a relatively good start to their season so far.

Sefolosha has been solid for his team with averages of 8.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 2.6 steals in only 24.0 minutes per game. His steals average is currently ranked second-best in the league. He has played incredible defense and his ability to defend multiple positions will be sorely missed by the Hawks should he be forced to sit out some more games.

The good news for the Atlanta faithful is even without Sefolosha and Howard, they were still able to come out with a win on Wednesday and improved their record to 8-2. They will have a day off before they play again on Friday against the Charlotte Hornets and the Hawks are hopeful the two will be available by then.
