Not a lot of people can outmuscle Philadelphia 76ers center Dwight Howard in the paint. However, Lu Dort of the Oklahoma City Thunder belongs on that shortlist.

Despite giving up several inches (not to mention a couple of lbs.) against the chiseled Sixers big man, Dort flexed his muscles by absorbing a lot of contact from Howard and finishing with an and-one play over him in a play.

With under eight minutes remaining in regulation of the Thunder's home game at Chesapeake Arena, the Canadian swingman fearlessly barreled through the teeth of the D and completely brushed off the eight-time All-Star's defensive challenge.

Looks like Lu Dort's extra time in the weight room is definitely paying off. The 21-year-old undrafted player, after all, was lauded for his NBA-ready physique when the Thunder first gave him a chance in 2019.

Dort finished with 15 points on 6-for-12 shooting from the floor and 2-of-4 from long distance, to go along with five rebounds, one assist, one stea  and one block in 29 minutes against Philly. Unfortunately, the Thunder still came up short, 117-93, and dropped their sixth game in a row.

Howard, for his part, pitched in three points and 13 rebounds for the Sixers against the Thunder in 15 minutes of action.
