Saying that Russell Westbrook had a poor game against the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 4 of their first round series would be an understatement.

The Oklahoma City Thunder star finished with just 14 points in the game, far from his usual standards. To make matters worse, he just scored one point in the second half and went 0-of-7 from the field.

According to Royce Young of ESPN, it was Westbrook's worst shooting performance in a half in the playoffs. Russell broke his record in 2014 against the Los Angeles Clippers, during which he shot 0-of-4 from the field in a half.

Overall in Game 4, Russell Westbrook went 5-of-21 from the field. While he contributed nine rebounds and seven assists, he had the third-worst plus-minus rating in the team with -17 — only behind Steven Adams (-21) and Terrence Ferguson (-18).

Adding more to his dismal record, Westbrook's performance is the 29th time in his playoff career that he missed at least 15 shots. No player has missed that much shot in more playoff games since the Thunder star made his postseason debut.

The Thunder can't afford to have another horrendous performance from Westbrook if they want to turn things around. The Blazers currently lead the series 3-1, so there's little room for mistakes when they head to Game 5.
