Oklahoma City Thunder superstar point guard Russell Westbrook is one of the most intense players in the NBA, so even if he's not playing in a game, he's still going to have some type of effect on it.

Westbrook is still out after having right knee surgery in early September, but the injury isn't going to stop the explosive guard from talking smack.

During Friday's road contest against the L.A. Clippers, Westbrook and Clippers big man Montrezl Harrell got into a verbal spat.

This is why players who play with Russell Westbrook love him, and why players who aren't on his team hate him. Westbrook wears his emotions on his sleeve and is he never afraid to go at other players. It's how he's wired. He's not willing to back down from anyone and will stick up for his team and teammates at every turn.

The NBA is a better place when Russell Westbrook is healthy and on the court. He's one of the best basketball players in the world. Hopefully, his latest knee injury won't prevent him from playing at the speed at which he usually does for the Thunder.
