Shortly after news broke that LiAngelo Ball has declared for the 2018 NBA Draft, he put together a huge performance on Tuesday dropping a double-double with 72 points and 11 rebounds in the Big Baller Brand Challenge game leading Prienu Vytautas to a 159-115 win over the Guangdong Southern Tigers youth team. It marked his biggest offensive output since making the leap to play overseas earlier this year.

With that in mind, it didn't take long for Ball's major offensive outing to create waves on social media with many voicing their support via Twitter for the 19-year-old's prospects as a potential future NBA player next season.

Ball was able to lead the charge offensively against an inferior opponent getting numerous points in transition while knocking down a few three-pointers in the process. He had much easy finding his way to the basket while getting good looks from the outside when he wanted to during the contest.

Although it was a huge outing from Ball, there will be those that point to him putting up this type of outing against a team that didn't field a competitive roster to challenge Ball or even his younger brother LaMelo Ball, who had 36 points and six rebounds in the blowout win. What should be taken into consideration is that the Big Baller Brand Challenge includes teams that are from lower divisions that don't necessarily put forth teams that are not necessarily going to make it difficult for the either of the Ball brothers put up strong offensive games.

That said, LiAngelo Ball has a chance to string together a few more big outings ahead of his workouts with a number of NBA teams. If anything, this performance will help bring more attention toward him as he looks to make a stronger case to be a legitimate draft prospect come late June.
